Well, he ended up going 6, so ....

He definitely righted the ship. He was really wobbling in the 4th.

That ground ball double play was pretty large.

Hauser is not going to make five innings.

I agreed with this at the time. Good finish by Houser.

Houser is so dominant against righties with that sinker. Of course he was the total package tonight but when you have an OPS against of .460 vs righties on the season you are doing something right.

The Fosh pitch they're talking about was a pitcher from the Orioles if I remember right. Mike Boddicker?

A dead fish change up that they called a Fosh

Just catching up with the game.

The Brewers and Yelich must be back to stealing signs again.

Hope they can get through this without using Hader.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

And the great Phillies offense led by the people's favorite, Nick Castellanos, just got no-hit....If only we had signed him, we would've had one of the greatest offenses of all time.

Are you saying the Phillies offense is not good?

Our back end of the bullpen is something else.

We have been spoiled the last few years as stearns has put together good bullpens from top to bottom.

this years has been ugh if you don’t pitch hader

it definitely hasn’t been shut down as years past

No. They're good. I'm just responding to certain people who have non-stop worshipped them and their acquisition of Castallanos, aghast at why we couldn't have done so ourselves when he would have surely solved all of our offensive issues.

At least they're not the Cubs bullpen.

Fixable, I think.  Small may be up sooner rather than later as our annual prospect who starts as multi-inning guy.  Get lucky with another Strickland-type pickup or maybe it's just Luis Perdomo.  A trade and we're all set.

If there is one thing where stearns should have earned trust in all brewers fans is the ability to put a bullpen together in season etc

hes been great at it
