Oh my word, the Shuckers with FIVE errors. Yes, folks, count them: FIVE. To add to their Southern League leading inefficiencies in the field. AND, yet, they managed to pull out the victory. Incredible.

So, with 5 more errors tonight our beloved Shuckers continue to lead the Southern League in misplays in the field. We are now looking at 40 errors in 28 games.

He's been incredible. It isn't just his surprising plate presence. He's been an absolute gamer in LF. What a young season!

With TWO more OF assists this past Saturday, Joey Bombs (in all facets, apparently) now leads all of Double-A baseball with 5 OF put-outs. I've said it before...and, I'll say it again: Rocket Arm. Let's see if he can add to his total in the Birmingham series.
