Is Suter strictly a low-leverage reliever from now on?

As good of a good guy he is to have on your team , low leverage is it . I thought he looked shaky  last year !

He's closer to becoming a Nashville Sound than a high leverage reliever,

I'm hoping it has to do with being a new father recently.

What do the Brewers have to deal for bats realistically?? They have injured pitching and need more bullpen arms. Minors feel pretty weak except a few far away guys. How do they get better especially if money is a factor??

They promote Joey Wiemer and play him a bunch. Even if he hits .230, it will be a big improvement with his power, speed, and arm.

The bad thing is if salvage a game in this series tomorrow (I'm not gonna hold my breath) we are back on another long road trip again.  ?

Especially when you think that Mccutchen  was our big signing this off season !

“Stretched the budget” to sign a guy that should only be hitting against lefties and isn’t even doing that particularly well this year. I guess he is slugging almost 400 but it certainly doesn’t feel like it.

Minors are not as weak as they have been. 4 top 100 prospects, with the potential to have the number one prospect in baseball in short order. And 3 of those 4 are at AA or higher.

Craig Counsell has created a great clubhouse atmosphere. But there needs to be some accountability on this team. DFA'ing Cain would send a much-needed message.

Phillies have bats we do not.

The only bat the Phillies have better than what the Brewers have is Harper everyone else are about equal to what the Brewers have.

Check the back of the baseball cards. Castellnos is better than anyone on the Brewers has ever been except the Yelich outlier years.

If our $30 million dollar MVP caliber player hit like their $30 mil player then I think the Brewers have a better lineup when healthy.   But he doesn't, so we dont.
