Eye Black does a ton for this site, I saw there wasn’t a thread up today so did it. I doubt anyone will mind if others occasionally post lineups and whatnot to help out.

He is still a negative defensively according to his advanced stats though not really a bad negative.  I don't really like the advanced stats for 1B though.  I don't think they tell the full story at 1B.  How do you measure how well the 1B stretches for a ball?  What about digging out a bad throw that doesn't account for an out or an error?  What about digging out a bad throw over by a pitcher?  Do you take into account how well a 1B blocks a ball that is spiked by a throw over?
