David Peralta

A glance at Cardinals starting pitching should make Peralta an easy choice before the trade deadline.

Who is he going to start over, Yelich or Renfroe?  Hell, Renfroe is a stretch as Peralta hasn't played RF since 2018.  He sure as hell can't play CF.

And if they don't have room for Hiura as DH, they don't have room for Peralta.  They need a CF, not a LF.

Yeah, I struggled with this.  I really feel we're in danger of not matching up well with our primary division rival and need to shake things up soon.  That may mean some tough decisions will have to be made.

Another bullet dodged.  Peralta is not that good and somehow always finds a way to get injured.
