Must win for Brewers today ...

Must lose for Phillies today ...

1 out of 4 odds for this to happen ...

But if it does,

I will keep on rappin'

...

Let's go Brew Crew

Still alive in '22

Let's go Houston

Keep on rootin'

If we are out of it Wednesday, what are the odds that Burnes starts that last game?

Less than zero.

What is the longest Brewer win streak of the season and second half?

Five & four.  Just shows how this team does not function as one unit.  Every aspect of their game has stunk for an extended period of time this season, causing losses to far inferior opponents and preventing a long winning streak.

Man that seems poor. Even the crappy teams seem to have a better streak then that in the course of a full season.

Story of the season (or at least one of them): former Brewers, no matter how mediocre/terrible they are, lighting it up against their former organization....

Had to look it up because I knew one of their catchers homered during the last Brewers trip to Arizona.

To those who were wondering my hubby and I are in N. Fort Myers, FL and we finally have running water, power, cable tv and internet.  Our home had minor damage so we were extremely lucky but the devastation in this area from Ian is mind numbing.

It appears the Crew has had a tough stretch this past week.  This has been a super frustrating season and should end on Wednesday.  It will be interesting offseason for sure.

Good to hear about you!  Unfortunate about your neighbors.  We were wondering how you were doing. I did remember you were in Ft. Myers and that area was hit hard.

Most of the second half I have been going back and forth to the biggest problem with the team. One day its the hitting, then its the bullpen, then its the defense.

But the last week has clarified it for me.....its the lack of hitting. Even though the season numbers are middle of the road they just disappear offensively far to often. It puts far to much pressure on the rest of the game.

I agree.  Inconsistent hitting has been a major issue all season.  They just have had a devil of a time getting hits when the really need it.
