I don’t know if it’s guaranteed but seems like Carlos F Rodriguez (SP) is getting promoted to Nashville for this final week judging by his Instagram.

He is indeed.  Chourio, Clarke, Carlos D. Rodriguez, Meeker, and Lazar are also being considered for a promotion.  Of course, not room for all of them however.

It seems that Carlos D. Rodriguez and Max Lazar will not be joining Nashville.  The organization is content with the solid seasons they both put together in 2023.  That narrows things down somewhat.  Look for one bat (likely Clarke, but possibly Chourio) and one arm (likely Meeker) to join Carlos F. Rodriguez.

Chourio is also headed to AAA, but that doesn’t eliminate the possibility of Clarke moving up as well.

The hype is real as it should be.  My hope is just that fans have some patience.  Not saying that I think he’ll struggle by any means, but, say he spends most of 2024 in Milwaukee, it’s entirely okay if he does not put up a 20-40 season as a rookie.  I think that’s what many expect at this point and maybe it happens, but it will probably take some more development at the big league level.  Can’t even put into words how excited I am for him just as a person.  Very kind individual.

The K rate is such an improvement, intriguingly his last development is knowing when not to make contact, IE which pitches he can do damage on rather than merely put in play... very excited to see him, Mitchell and Wiemer in a AAA outfield, holy smokes

Bummer. Such intriguing stuff but could never put the command together. He had a 72.7% GB-rate this year with a 22.7% K-rate. That's a combo for a really good middle reliever but a 17% BB-rate and 5.3% HBP rate is just out of control. Can't be putting 22% of your batters faced on base for free.

Chourio not being in the Sounds lineup tonight surprised me. Had Sunday off and all day yesterday to travel up to Nashville. Kind of odd, is it not?

Shuckers Twitter account is only reporting Chourio, Meeker, and Myers as being promoted to AAA. Did Carlos Rodriguez not get promoted?

I guess Myers could potentially be a RP for Nashville which is why he was immediately activated while Rodriguez might not be activated until he’s set to start a game.

They've updated the lineup. Chourio's starting at DH and batting 2nd today!

It's impressive when you look at the MLB & AAA levels, how many OFs they have that can play CF. I mean legitimately play it well.
