As a platoon bat to counter Rowdy’s suckitude against LHP, I get it.  Using him as a DH against one of the top RHP in the league is pure Yostian level incompetence.

Going to be a rough day watching the rookies against this guy. All three solidly clowned in their first ABs. Mitchell managed a walk, thankfully, he sure wasn’t going to hit anything

Yikes.  Anytime a pitcher can throw offspeed pitches OFF the corner and get them called for strikes hitters are screwed.  It's hard enough when a guy throws those for legitimate strikes.

Gallen's curveball is averaging 53 inches of vertical break tonight. With how huge Gallen's strike zone has been, basically impossible for our guys to lay off those curveballs low.
