Brewers (Miley) vs Diamondbacks (Gallen): 4/10/23, 8:40pm

I’m already done with Voit and his swing as hard as he can approach

[MrTPlush]

Why we signed Voit, I will never understand.

[magnoliacrew]

Would have rather had Hiura in that situation than Voit.

[RobertCrawley]

The knuckle curve is eating us up.

As a platoon bat to counter Rowdy’s suckitude against LHP, I get it.  Using him as a DH against one of the top RHP in the league is pure Yostian level incompetence.

[Brewcrew82]

I love Wade Miley. A throwback pitcher.

[Brewcrew82]

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME UMP

[RobertCrawley]

That was two baseballs off the inside of the plate and he called it a strike.

[jason21nl]

They’re going to K a million times tonight.

[brewcrewdue80]

Miley is inducing so many groundballs. This signing was an absolute steal.

[MrTPlush]

Going to be a rough day watching the rookies against this guy. All three solidly clowned in their first ABs. Mitchell managed a walk, thankfully, he sure wasn’t going to hit anything

[jjfanec]

CC rarely argues balls and strikes but it seems like he might tonight. This zone is unreal

[wallus]

This is a huge zone

[Brewcrew82]

YOU LITERALLY CALLED THAT A BALL THE PREVIOUS PITCH

And not consistent.

[wOOgiE22]

This ump is terrible!

Just awful.

[Oxy]

Yikes.  Anytime a pitcher can throw offspeed pitches OFF the corner and get them called for strikes hitters are screwed.  It's hard enough when a guy throws those for legitimate strikes.

[brewcrewdue80]

Game 1 vibes. Setup the Brewers with a poor strike zone early and often. Now they are swinging at anything close because this umpiot is bound to call it a strike.

[willie key]

Please lay off the umpires

they all have families

😀

[MrTPlush]

Wooooooooah. Marte ain’t going to be the last one chucking a bat trying to hit in this strikezone.

[MrTPlush]

Brian Anderson throwing an absolute dart to first.

[wiguy94]

Gallen's curveball is averaging 53 inches of vertical break tonight. With how huge Gallen's strike zone has been, basically impossible for our guys to lay off those curveballs low.

[Brewcrew82]

NOT EVEN CLOSE!

[wallus]

No shot with this zone tonight
