If they lose this game by a FG it is 75% on MLF for that sequence. I say 75 because we can't assume he'd make it.

I'm guessing a veteran wide receiver there would make sure that ball hit the ground and not complete the catch.

Did we lose a chance at a FG because we didn’t trust Carlson and thought it was worth the risk to get an extra 5 yards.

Ffs.  3 mistakes under 2 minutes.  Lafleur should have called timeout, kraft should have gotten put of bounds, and on the second to last play with how much they back tracked that would have been the time for a 10-20 yard out to get one more shot at a shorter endzone attempt.  I can't fault the receiver too much on that final play, because there's not much he could have done.

To only have 7 points in this game at half in a game where our offense hasn't been stopped. Just wow.

MLF screwed up terribly by not calling the timeout on defense before the Bears kicked the FG. The Bears were able to burn an extra 30 seconds.  Otherwise, we would have had more time.

Just an awful decision, I am fine taking another shot at the end zone but that was dumb.

MLF call time out before the Bears field goal?

Kraft gets out of bounds?

Carlson can actually kick off into the end zone?

We're doing our best to lose this game.

It's honestly so basic and elementary. You call the timeouts on defense , you're saving almost 40 seconds because the other team is going to burn as much as they can. 

You wait to use them on offense, you're only saying how much time it takes you to rush up to the line and run another play, so about 15-20 seconds. Ergo, Matt Lafleur cost his offense at least 20 seconds with a basic clock management mistake.
