So tired of watching him swing out of his shoes at the plate. Praying that he comes to the same realization that Turang did last offseason that he's a contact oriented hitter. This 20% K-rate, .076 ISO guy who is swinging out of his shoes all the time is not how he's going to stick in an MLB lineup.

Honestly he has been biggest disappointment of the season to me. And to think they were talking about him playing third? Third is out of the question with his bat.

Elisier is buying himself a few more days in an MLB roster. Hasn't looked bad

Yeah, Frelick is far and away my biggest disappointment. I'm not sure he has a place if Mitchell comes back and looks like an every day player.

Skubal has pitched really well but really the defense has saved a few runs too. The diving catch and now the homer robbery.

I guess it depends on your definition of 'quality'.

In the role he was asked to fill last year he was a godsend. For obvious reasons he's been asked to fill a different one this year & IMO is miscast (through no fault of the organization, just not a lot of options). Despite that I believe he's more-or-less held his own. Today, yeah, he was poor.
