I didn't even notice haha. At this point, I think it's just customary for you to mix up LF and RF

It's apparently my version of live streaming four game dyslexia. What's funnier is I notice it like 10 seconds after posting. I'm like "Wait, did I say left CF? JFC, he's going to pounce on me again isn't he?!?" LOL

Corniel is reallllly picking it up over the last 1 1/3 IP. That's 3 consecutive K? or 3 of 4 outs via K. Suddenly peppering the zone and really working that off-speed low. LOVE to see it.

Manfredi also had a really nice first frame for the T-Rats. LOVE to see that as well.

Gives up a gap double to the next batter - the Indians' first knock. He then shows the full arsenal in a brief glimpse next batter 3-pitch K (97 mph heater on the outer black). Opens the next batter 2-0.

T-Rats just grabbed a 1-out poke to CF for the first run of the game leading 1-0 in Quad cities.

I will take this version of Mis in the big leagues, please.

Really nice second inning. Fell behind and battled back meaningfully (gutsy curve in that count!). Really dominant K. Worked around a one-out double. Looked controlled if a tad uneasy. MUCH better look. BUT, we know the drill: this has to be the regular results. Has to become systemic as opposed to "Yay! We got another dominant inning! Thank heavens!"

I will say I think he got bailed out by some undisciplined hitting. Indy chased 50% of the pitches out of the strike zone. Needs to locate better if he's going to be in the MLB, but much better than last outing either way.

Totally agree. Miles to go here. We haven't stacked any successes really in 2024. It's been all over the map. I am still in a classic "Wait and See" mode. We are very much still in early development here.

Corniel gave up a two out double to deep left CF. He just gave up a seeing eye double down the LF line. 5-1 Mudcats. Two down. Man at 2nd. Bottom of the 4th. Pitch count at a very respectable 47 pitches in a 2-0 count to the next batter. AND they picked the runner at 2nd base. LOL. What a terrible base running error in that scenario.

29 pithces and 20 strikes for Miz. He got the chases on this evening. Hey if he is close to the zone and not throwing to the dirt or the backstop it's a huge win at this juncture. Fantastic recovery outing. Let's compount this interest.

Corniel has unfortunately totally imploded here in the 5th inning.

Unfortunately, he does that. He has absolute meltdown innings - been a pattern all season unfortunately. I am still in the top of the 5th with a man on 1B. Just getting back to the streams.

They just let him eat it. 7 runs with 0 outs in the 5th before he got pulled. Head scratching to say the least.

Sheeesh. What is that?! Come on Nick. Give him a life line. Getting into his fifth frame now. Wish I had the heart to skip it. LOL. Not to mention he took a come backer off his throwing hand to start his inning?!? What are we doing here? Jeeeeze.

So a comebacker off his hand. A dribbler up the 3B line. A balk. Then he absolutely hangs an 0-2 pitch dead center? Yeah, I get the pitch count is only 55 there. BUT, they in the very least have to have arms up in the bullpen.

Ripped single to CF. Wild pitch. Man, this is just a painful inning and Stanley just isn't doing anything to stop this tide. AND, they bring on Durow and he quickly gets three outs. That was just entirely unnecessary. Sigh.

Yophery comes aboard with runners on 2nd and 3rd after a double steal. Up 3-1. Swings at two balls including a swing and miss on a heater up and about a foot above the zone. Gotta have more discipline there. This is where he has to evolve and mature. Trying to do too much.

In sad news, Josh Adamczewski was removed from the game. Not sure what the reason was.

Pain in his back. Let's hope it's nothing serious

Miguel Briceno sailed a DP ball wide of Bitonti (not easy to do) but he was slid into fairly hard there. Another Nats' run scores. 9-7 deficit for the Muddies now. Bottom of six. Two down. The Nats are swiping bags off Diaz left and right to boot. He's having a tough go tonight.
