I hope Murphy will stay in the dugout for several days & let his starters go 6 or 7 innings. Our bullpen needs to recoup from extreme use this past week. I’d rather our  starters take a few lumps so we can be ready for the final 2/3 of the season.

I didn't realize it was an early game.  Interesting to see Priester nearly match Skene's line from yesterday (2 more hits, one less BB and K).  

That means they are the same, right?

He let Priester face the top 6 hitters 3 times, so I’m not sure why he’d be afraid to let him face the bottom 3 hitters. He’ll probably say some BS like he wanted Alexander to have a clean inning rather than potentially having to bring him in to face Cruz

I despise Murphy

In 56 years of following the Brewers, I’ve never liked a manager less

I blame him for the majority of our losses

He cannot manage a pitching staff 

Seldom does he make a good decision during a game

I will do cart wheels the day he is fired … even if a few years down the road

Alexander sucks but I was informed there are no other possibilities as "half the team is on the IL".

Used to be 120 pitches you go to the bullpen, then 100, now 80, all while injuries continue to skyrocket

Alexander blows every game while exuding so much confidence. He’s a 6.0 ERA pitcher who walks around the mound like a 1.02 ERA pitcher.
