Is Chourio supposed to be back for the Toronto series? I know he's on the rehab assignment, I just haven't heard when he's returning.

Yes

With respect to Fedde’s scoreless line, he doesn’t look very good to me.

But I mean, who is going to be good this time of year that is available off the street. You’re just hoping for short-term small sample lucky results.

I heard that before I saw it, and I assumed it was just an awful send on a shallow liner.

Then I watched it. That was legit.

That was a far better defensive play than I expected from Yelich. In the air, on a line, no hops.

We are not exactly lighting up Nelson.

Probably not headed for a big inning here either with murderers row of Bauers/Lockridge/Mona up.

I am a cubs fan that rarely posts on here for respect of another teams board, I will say that the brewers are a hell of a good team with a great chance of doing well come playoff time

You're a gentleman and a scholar, Karl.

I’m not saying you specifically, but there were people here that thought Cortes should fetch a pretty good return at the deadline.

I'm also not saying Cortes is this huge loss. I just don’t think there’s anything controversial or wrong about saying that with the current state of the pitching staff, he’d be a lot more useful right now to the roster.

None of that is to say Arnold doesn’t do a very good job in general.

When we traded Nasty Nestor, we were desperate for bats. Now we are desperate for pitching. That's just how things go sometimes.
