I’m responding about someone saying this guy needs at bats or that guy etc.    we don’t need to do that anymore.    Just play the best team you can to win.    I don’t care about getting Hoskins at bats right now.

Agreed. Wrap up the division (and hopefully the one seed) and then get guys the at bats.

I thought today would have been a good day to rest ALL of our lefties.

Monasterio at 2b, hoskins at DH.

I mean for real this could have been the perfect opportunity to finally give Rhys a start.

Yea and all things look good for division/seed right now so a good time to let Yelich steal a day to reduce as much risk on his back leading up to the playoffs as possible.

For Rhys, I know others said in here who cares. But if he's going to be on the post reason roster, which I'd think he is due to the PH option or if Vaughn falls apart. Then you'd think you'd want him stay staying sharp.

Yep. In 1982, the Brewers were up 4 games with 5 to go and it went down to the last game.

What's Monasterio have to do? Lefty should be great chance to get him in there.

He is sitting next to Rhys I guess.

Question of the day:  Post season: Peralta - Woodruff - Priester with Miz doing what?

I would give him a start with a quick hook if (when) he gets in trouble. I would not pitch him out of the pen. He just hasn't done that, and it doesn't make sense to introduce new stuff at this point.

You mean game 4? Or a quick hook for one of the first 3 IF BIG TROUBLE INNING #1?

Atually, Woodruff scares me more than Peralta or Priester.

Game 4 unless the series is stretched out so that Freddy can pitch again with his usual number of rest days. If we are facing elimination in game 4, I’d pitch Freddy anyway regardless.

Woody looked dominant yesterday. I think he’s ready.

Woody and Peralta are the Vets for sure.
