Koenig, I guess I mean easily hittable at times. He gives up a lot. Although at times he's sharp as a tack. I would not put in him high leverage situations.

I think somethings wrong with Koenig's arm.

I hope that Rangers sweep does not cost us home field advantage. We are still up on the Phillies, but we do not need to lose this series to the Cards

9 games left for the season and TX Rangers lost 5 in a row which is OK by me because Brewers do not play well at Global Life Stadium.  Like its on some Indian Burial Ground.

Tito has Greene pitch the whole game, at 101 pitches with one out in the 9th.

Pretty impressive considering he's been dead for 7 years.

He has a 2.14 era in the 2nd half of the season.

Anybody can get hit  but he’s been very good for a long time now……he’s going to get high leverage chances along with Abner and Ashby…..especially if Trevor can’t go.

You need 3 or 4 guys to take one inning in the playoffs…….i cant come up with 4 I’d rather throw out there even if TM is healthy.
Especially against lefty heavy windows like the Phillies have.

You are right, but if we drill down a little bit, you will see where he gave up 4 hits to St. Louise but gave up only one run. He gave up 6 hits to Pittsburg and gave up 3 runs. These are not strong lineups, and that's why I think he's susceptible to giving up hits.

Koenig has uninspiring walk up music. He fixes that he fixes everything.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

And against Philly and Toronto he gave up 1 hit and no runs in 3 innings with 6 strikeouts facing guys like Schwarber and Harper.

He has had a 1.00 whip in the 2nd half…….he is definitely a better option then anyone other then Abner, Megill( who may not be available) or possibly Ashby.

Exactly. He can be really good, and he can give up a lot of hits in an inning.

I was sitting in the Front Row Amy section last night and other than the Chourio K, I thought he did a pretty good job. Obviously I was wrong. BTW, Amy walked by me walking to her seat. SHE WALKED BY ME!!!! :) Not sitting near her though. Just call me 20th Row Harry.
