Why out of the shotgun?  Go under center, power formation, either Jacobs between the tackles or WR jet sweep.  

They've run the jet sweep once and it went for 14 yards

We won't kick a FG. The goal here needs to be a touchdown, nothing else gets out of this alive. Other than running it out inside the 10 or something. But the clock is almost a non factor right now.
