If you told me Kuhnel was Dan Campbell's brother I would believe it..

Or Pete Vuckovich’s son … had to include a 1982 Brewers reference to keep everyone happy

It's going to take double digits to win this game

I agree … those stranded runners could have helped get us to double digits

The home run Kuhnel gave up to Kurtz last night I thought was a flyout to left ... tonight's was a flyout short of the warning track in MKE. No excuses but he thus far has passed the eye test in two outings for me. Throwing smoke.

Wil be interesting to see what his velo is when he isn't pitching against the team that fired him a few days ago...

Turang and Contreras have been completely pitiful tonight.  Your 3 and 4 hitters going for 0 for 8 and putting the ball in play 3 times in this stadium is as bad as it gets.

This Alvarado character has a live arm.

3 ks from 3/4/5 maybe isn't the most productive inning.

Let's see if the A's tempt fate and bring in a lefty for the 8th and pray Vaughn doesn't get a chance with a runner on.

I don’t understand how you forget how to play defense. Milwaukee has been awful defensively on this road trip. Fundamentals matter. This is infuriating. If a home run follows …

This was always a “trap” game with Gasser & Crow being the primary pitchers here in homerland. Not sure I’m ready to trust Sproat tomorrow (or anytime soon), but whatever it takes - we need to win 2 of 3 here in Vegas.

Mitchell was having a really nice AB looking like he was going to draw a much needed leadoff walk and then he just starts fishing.

That was a long night behind the plate in hot weather. You can't tell me Contreras could not use a day off of catching at least. Yelich hogging dh is hurting them.

So Vaughn can't start this game because the A's are starting a right handed pitcher.

Naturally, he pinch hits in the 8th inning..........................................vs a right handed pitcher.

Not very well. Weak unintentional bunt … easily thrown out.

Brewers have one batted ball tonight between 20 and 40 LA playing in the most hitter friendly park you can play in. Not ideal. Would be cool if they were saving them all for the 9th inning I guess.

Kind of silly, but it resulted in Rengifo being removed from the game so I guess I’m not complaining.

I guess the thinking was you’re not going to PH for Yelich or Chourio or Turang or Contreras or Bauers and you’re not going to lead off the inning with Vaughn so you might as well take a shot.
