Is this game going to happen?  It has been another full hour since the 7:40 pm restart.   Seems this 2nd pop up storm may have been even worse than the first one.   Radar shows it has moved south.

The latest I saw is a restart at 9, but who knows?

Poor kid can’t get any breaks

Sounds like he might have just gotten one

Are we going to get blow by blow daily reports on Fischer now like we did on Hiura a few years ago?

The game is already tied 2-2 before I got video back on my MLB app.

Tough spot for Hall.  He warmed up to go in an hour ago and comes in with 2 on.  He did fine, one oppo single

He’s adjusted pretty well to wood bats in his first year of professional baseball

Everywhere he goes, he rakes.  Been a huge fan since they asked during his signing  day BP how long would it take to be ready to git MLB pitching and he said something like, "right now, I just have to go to the minors to prove it to them"

This long rain delay is not what the Brewers needed before the game tomorrow morning and then the Cubs series starting Monday afternoon.

Same thing they said about Hiura.

Fischer is on a historic run with minor league home runs. It is quite noteworthy. He’s certainly not ready for Milwaukee yet, but what he’s doing is incredible.

Glad we have an 8 game cushion with 20 games to play.

I am looking forward to being wrong, but I still don’t see Fischer as a MLB starting caliber player

He definitely needs to address his strikeout percentage & make better in zone contact … but his current HR barrage is fun to follow

Man that is a tough one. His power is otherworldly. But if he’s really striking out 40% of the time up here, can he make it at this level? I don’t know,

Who is the best historical comp? Adam Dunn, maybe?

Im pretty sure he'll be something between Hiura and Prince.  If he's more Prince we'll all be thrilled.  If he's more like Hiura, Ill just switch my future hopes onto the next guy.

Looks like this homeplate umpire didn’t get any better at his job during the rain delay,

But neither did Gary's challenge rate

Huira's swing mechanics were never going to work long term.
