I don't think I've ever seen someone walk and then take steps across the plate to "go back to his dugout" to remove his gear like Lara does. He does it often.

Especially after throwing 19 pitches last night. This is entirely on Pancake.

Reds have gotten 2 runs on 2 hits in the last inning plus.  The Brewers needed 3 hits and a walk to get their run.  That's why a lot of us are bearish for the playoffs.

He's not ideal for leverage innings. But I would have tried to get two out of him tonight with everyone else teetering on overworked.
