Yep this was my fear, just like last night, put two up in the 1st then Martinez settled in, now same with Rasmussen

We have batted three times.

I am not sure I agree on Yelich. Even if just dumb luck, he has been pretty much solid these 10 games. He hasn't hurt them really, and has come up pretty big a couple of times.

He has a higher average and ops than Jackson, Mitchell and Turang this post season

May should actually be a good matchup vs the Rays with his 4 seamer up, but NOT vs Yandy and Caminero.

The Brewers just HAVE to force Rasmussen out. Do NOT let him get into a groove. 66 pitches, get him to 85... put a run on the board, keep the pressure on.

I don't know guys Yelli has been pretty good this offseason. I get that Vaughn is probably the better player at this point in their careers but Yelli has not been bad at all.

FWIW, absurdly small sample size for Vaughn for obvious reasons, he is hitting .286 with a .873 OPS this postseason, and Yelich is hitting .267 with a .700 OPS.

Both are right in the neighborhood for where they were in the regular season.

Sure, but thats been mostly lower in the order.  Don't know why he has to hit third.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

But not Vaughn.

Also, Chourio has been absurdly unlucky this postseason.

How many AB’s does Vaughn have compared to the players I mentioned?

While the stats show Chourio hasn’t hit well this post season those stats lie.   He has hit quite a few balls super hard for outs.

Isn’t that literally the argument that we’re making that he should be getting more?

He's been making contact outs when he doesn't get on base. My thought is they have him after Chourio and Bauers and before Contreras for the obvious reasons.

Very thankful the Rays don’t challenge

They would have lost in the Pratt AB
