Like another poster stated, it does appear that he is hitting the corners of the zone, just isn't getting calls.

When Davis is off, HE's OFF. I'm sure it looks like he's allergic to throwing a strike. Get someone in there who will throw strikes. We haven't seen Wise in awhile....let him suck up 3-4 innings.

It's not that easy as just "Change the pitcher." They have to think about the next games. The bullpen is already overworked. He hasn't allowed any runs yet this inning somehow, so let him try to work out.
