Heilman is nasty. These finesse guys kill the Brewers every time.

 

bucksman, Ralph hit the nail on the head. Everyone here has criticism and reservations about the team. Your def. of holding the team to 'high standards' seems to involve being temperamental and impulsive - if any manager operated that way more than a small % of the time, he'd be a dismal failure and a laughingstock.

We need to get Clark and Weeks on in front of the raking Lee/Jenkins. That is job #1 the rest of this game. Oh yeah, and let the bullpen get to Wise in the 8th.

we have almost double the hits than the opposition but we are not winning

This game is making me sick. From what I've seen from Lehr, he sucks. And dang, that music at Shea is really ticking me off. What a joke. You don't play that crap at baseball games.

Not meaning to second guess necessarily, but thinking about it, I sure would have been tempted to PH for Hardy. We've got a good hitter in Hall, and the league's best PH on the bench.
