Why is everytime the Brewers are losing past the 6th i know they are going to lose. The rest of the game is either going to 1-2-3 or bases loaded and then the batters forget how to hit, losers.

A 2 strike hit, a 2 strike HBP, and all Bill with more of useless analysis. Pitching inside is risky? Come on man, just like spiking every breaking ball in the dirt is a good plan.

Anyway, with all the 2 strike hits the pitchers have given up the last 2 weeks, I just think the problems here are with pitch selection. Let's go Villy, get out of the inning here.

Ballgame. Our starting pitching has stunk all year. Our bullpen has stunk since the AS Break. Our lineup cannot get a clutch hit to save their lives. Is there really anything right now to give us hope for the last two months? Should we start hoping to finish the season over .500? That seemed like a foregone conclusion when we were 14 over .500, several times.

And let me say once again, that Hardy is a very, very overrated defensive player.

I thought that JJ Hardy was supposed to be a good defensive shortstop?

Game over, by the way.

At least the Brewers showed up to play today, certainly can't ask for a complete game from them anymore. http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/eyes.gif

And it's 7-3. This is just depressing.

And Sosa with a ground rule double.http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/eyes.gif

Mets w/RISP:

.262 .349 .396

Brewers overall:

.262 .330 .444

If you see a big advantage there for the Mets, let me know.
