Yo is looking like a pitcher who is batting, tonight.

Unfortunately, Bronson Arroyo is looking like a batter who is pitching. Reds-Cubs tied 4-4 through 5.

Weeks, Fielder, and Braun all hacked at pitches way out of the strike zone.

Dillon just let them go and took a walk.

Professional hitter !!

Those AB's by the young infielders (Except Hardy) were pretty weak there, but how about Yovani? Make it 7 shutout innings. 20 consecutive. If not for that 3-game stretch in August, he would probably be considered for ROY.

I'm pretty sure Yo is going to go back out. Unless Yost votes against it when it comes down to him making the decision. Gallardo just told Maddux that he was ready, from what it looked like on T.V.

I know i am not the only one who's heart skipped a beat with the news that Aquino was now warming up. Would rather not bring him in. But i guess a three up and three down inning could help him down the stretch of games if we need him. But if we lose because he gives up 5 oh i will be upset with ned!

LOL. I was just coming here to post that I know it is horrendously irrational of me to be afraid of Aquino being up in the bullpen with a 5 run lead, but I am. http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/laugh.gif

Nice play by weeks. Still i know he improved with the glove but still worry on plays like those. Not that he's not going to come up with it. He usually does, what worries me is if he's going to throw it in to the first 10 rows behind first. But great play weeks!

Woo! Nice play Rickie...way to keep it in front of you!I gotta say I disagree with leaving Yo out there for that long. Especially after the walk.

Also, not warming up Shouse and Linebrink until the Lee "single" is questionable.

Edit: almost forgot: You rock Yovani!
