I'll call this: the Cubs will lose the game on some sort of grandiose defensive miscue. They're due for one of those.

I am a big believer in regression to the mean, and thus far this season, Jason Marquis is outperforming his career ERA by a little bit. Therefore, doing some simple math, if he gives up 6 ER, in 5 innings, he will land right on his career ERA of 4.52. Works for me.
