Could there be any more boring essay assignment than "Analysis of Greek Vase Paintings"?

I'm thinking "Color Shade Analysis of Vinyl Siding" would probably be worse.

How come nobody says "trousers" anymore? That's a cool word.
My roommate does. It makes me giggle every time. She's so classy.

I made really awesome spinach and white bean soup last night. It is even better left over.

I have a Milwaukee Admirals t-shirt.

So do I. I also have an Admirals jersey, a Wisconsin Badgers hockey jersey, an Admirals rally towel (with writinghttp://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/wink.gif), a Jordin Tootoo Predators jersey, a Tomas Vokoun Predators jersey and a Stephane Veilleux Wild jersey.

Admirals season starts on the 6th in Peoria!

Why don't the Brewers and Bucks get together for a marketing effort surrounding Yi Jianlian and Yo Gallardo and do a "Miami Vice" sort of marketing ploy, call them them "Mighty Y's."

I can see the posters now...

I like lasagna.

Oh, and I'm way behind on my tivo'd shows from this week already.

I used to want to own a prairie dog. Then I found out they were disease-ridden rodents. Then I didn't want to own a prairie dog anymore.

I don't know why, but I think Di.ckeyville is the coolest sounding town in Wisconsin. Maybe that or Gays Mills.

I always giggled driving through Gratiot, WI.

I think my SQL professor posts here, or reads at a minimum. We were talking about Mat Gamel before class, and he's an Indians fan.

If I were Larry King, I would totally plagiarize this thread for my next USA Today column.

I always wanted to own a ferret.

Oh, and once I get my own place I plan on owning three dogs and if my future Misses wants a cat, that is cool by me.

Since my nickname is Jaybird, I always wanted a bird and name it Jaybird Pt. 2

Let me clear that up for you. No, you are not. I do not have a chin beard or mustache.

Someday I want an Urban Chicken.

My west-side Madison neighborhood has at least two households where chickens are kept. One is just a few houses away. I learned this a few weekends ago when the chickens got out and started wandering around. I was right here at the computer, probably doing something on bf.net, and heard clucking outside. Indeed, four chickens, wandering through the yard across the street from us...with a cat stalking them nearby. Then some teenage girls approached, saw the chickens and freaked out (squealing as teenage girls will do - they were afraid the cat would attack the birds). After the girls calmed down, they chased the chickens back to their home. It was weird but entertaining.

I certainly hope you are not making fun of Gratiot. There are people on this forum from the stateline region! They might even be proud of it.

Learn about Gratiot, Wisconsin

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

I had three cavities filled tonight, one of them was pretty deep. I screwed up loading files onto my MP3 player which I use to drown out the sound of the drill, and somehow ended up with only one song on my player - Hair of the Dog by Nazareth. I just kept it on repeat for the entire half hour or so. It was fitting.

I told my dentist and his assistant before we got started that I had realized that this was the only song I had, and stated that I hoped they like Nazareth. His assistant said they probably wouldn't hear it anyway. I told her that even if she didn't hear it, she'd still feel the Nazareth. She thought it was funny, and not just in a humoring me kinda way. If I were single, I totally could've gotten her number.

Don't settle for a lesser Jack, vote Pepper!

Hmm, I feel like I've heard that line somewhere before; but where...?

It's the best damn post in this thread. http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/pimp.gif
