What can you do during a Vargas at bat?

Vargas seemed like one of our slowest pitchers last year. He was very "deliberate" with runners on. His innings seemed to drag on forever. When Vargas is pitching what can you do between the first pitch and the last pitch of an at bat? I am not concerned with reality in this case.

According to FTJ, you could watch the entire halftime of the super bowl.(paraphrasing and using some exaggeration. See post #52, Off Topic Forum, Thanks alot Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson...not thread.)
