Yes, but the fee for the 360 is actually pretty minimal. Between $3-$4 a month. If you look around a bit you can fins 12+1 month cards on sale in stores. It is normally $50 if you just renew through Xbox, but I would never do that when I can pay the same and get an extra month free. http://www.buy.com/prod/xbox-360-live-12-month-gold-subscription-card-free-1-month-bonus/q/loc/108/201975268.html

Good luck. Make it short and direct.

This has to have been one of the toughest up and down 24 hours(Brewers wise, real life problems are much more nerveracking) I have had in a while. I would put this up there with the ups and downs surrounding the playoof ticket drawing last year. Punch in the gut seeing YoGa go down with apparent terrible injury. He gets back up and finishes the inning plus another. Down in the 9th inning. Score 3 runs to comeback and win taking another series from the Cubs. Gallardo out for year.

I am going to have to go ahead and blame hurricane Ditka. It is obvious the wind caught Yo in the air and blew him off balance causing him to land funny.

I played MLB 2K8 a little on the Wii. You have to flick the Wiimote for every pitch and swing.

Why should we let facts get in the way of a good arguement?http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

You should be able to play all Wii games with nothing more than the Wiimote and Nunchuck. Original NES games on the Virtual console only need the Wiimote turned sideways. I believe all other games on the virtual console require either the classic controller attachment or a gamecube controller. I use a wavebird controller which I had from my gamecube.

Razzorsharp has committed treason! (move if in wrong spot)

Sounds like he should have title like "turncoat" maybe. If I am not mistaken he tried selling tickets on the trading forum. http://forum.brewerfan.net/viewtopic.php?t=11343 -
Crap. I didn't think it would be anywhere near that bad.

Who will DH for Interleague play this month?
logan82 replied to The Ignitor's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Well Dillion is now back with the team, so I would have to guess he is going to be inserted in the lineup somewhere. I would say a DH platoon of Counsell and Dillon where they play in the field giving half days off. -
I personally prefer Xbox because they have the 1st party games I like, but if you are playing mostly sports games I would reccomend a PS3. They have The Show.

Although it is ideal, I doubt Soriano gets moved out of the leadoff spot.

Any player who can pitch more than one inning shouldn't be a closer. It is much like having a pitcher who can go 200 innings should never be a reliever. Problem with MLB now is that saves=money. YOu almost have to put your best reliever as the closer or players think you are stealing from them.

Dale Sveum, I have my eye on you...

Both Weeks and Prince were out by several feet. Neither should have tried to go home. -
I agree with that. The thing that makes it seem like they don't is that most people will not cross party lines.

Here is a good thread to check for other team's message boards. http://forum.brewerfan.net/viewtopic.php?t=4209

The problem as I see it is when gay is used the usage is pretty much gay=lame. When it gets used that way anybody using it is basically saying that gay people are lame, regardless of the intent involved. I used gay for a long time without thinking about it or meaning any harm.

If there is anybody thinking about picking it up, WalMart has a 3 month Xbox live card free with GTA 4. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9894252

It really does depend on what kinds of games you want to play. If you are going to play mostly sports games I would recommend a PS3. Most sports games are multiplatform and Sony is the only one of the three to make realistic first party sports games so they will offer more. Other than sports games you will have to do a little more digging and decide who has the more appealing first party exclusives. Right now, if you are interested in anything other than sports games, I would lean towards Xbox or Wii.

Congratulations. I will be at that game on May 11th. My son was a jr. announcer last year for one game. We got free tickets in the 2nd deck family section behind home plate.

Who Watched Til The Last Out?
logan82 replied to Bring Back the Stein's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I got home expecting to watch the game even though I knew the outcome. Turns out my TiVo recorded 4 1/2 hours of ESPN which mercifully saved me from watching today's embarrassment. -
Everything I have seen points to managers not being able to outperform/underperform their pythagorean record on a consistent basis. Having a good or bad bulpen is much more relavant. Look at the D-Backs last year. Good pen=outperfoming pythagorean record. All managers lose games for their teams. Trying to compare managers on anything other than what kinds of strategy they prefer to use is very difficult if not impossible.

Are we using Kendall to much?
logan82 replied to Hate those Rodents's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Vesting option after 110 games. Performance bonuses at 110, 120, and 130 games. 110 is the vesting so I guess I would go along with them playing him to much. I wouldn't mind Rivera being around next year, just not as our starter. He doesn't have a good bat and isn't a really good defensive catcher. http://www.mlb4u.com/profile.php?id=246 -

I thought it was 130. -

logan82 replied to Hate those Rodents's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I agree that any catcher should get every third or 4th day off, normally. In this case I want him starting as much as possible so his option kicks in because I don't want Rivera as our starter next year.
