This isn't going to improve Cravy's mood and I can't blame him. This guy, Millone and Jungmann are relative head scratchers.

I wouldn't get too worked up about it, I'm guessing he's gone when Garza is activated

Ok another hat related question: has anyone successfully shrunk a new era fitted cap? I've got a couple that are just a tick bigger than I'd like them to be, but I'm hesitant to toss them in the wash or something.

so did they get rid of the chorizo? I didn't see it on the menus they put out yesterday. I'm excited to check out the new beers. Living in the Chicago area, I don't get up to as many games as I'd like to so I have no problem paying up for something good.

I wouldn't trade Woodruff straight up for Gallo, let alone as part of a package deal. I don't think Gallo is going to amount to anything at the MLB level and the Rangers clearly don't either since they have yet to really give him an honest look.

So Aguilar takes Scooter's spot on the 40. Really happy for Aguilar. Could be nothing at all, but he's at least exciting.
  7. MillerParkSouth
Scooter isn't very good, especially with his defensive shortcomings. I was honestly surprised he wasn't non-tendered.

seems like the shine has come way off from Gallo.
  9. MillerParkSouth
Pretty surprised to see Collymore get released. Still young and had put up good numbers previously. Even if the outfield is crowded...
  10. MillerParkSouth
Is Jungmann officially a reliever now or will he still start if he gets optioned?
  11. MillerParkSouth
I am very, very excited to see what pretty much every position player can do. So much variability aside from Braun, with lots of upside. Broxton and Santana are both primed for breakouts.

Great to hear. Hopefully Junior starts off the season really strong and we can make a deal.
  13. MillerParkSouth
He's not looking too impressive so far
  14. MillerParkSouth
The problem is you're virtually guaranteed to lose him if you try to get him through at this point.
  15. MillerParkSouth
I wonder if there's a chance they would DFA Scooter and give his spot to Aguilar? We've seen what Scooter can do and we have Kirk and Perez to cover the back up OF and IF spots. I'd like to keep Aguilar's power around if we can.

Saw his first game in Wisconsin last year and have been a huge fan ever since. Think he's going to solve that 3B problem for us.

Jason Rogers for Keon Broxton and Trey Supak. What a trade.
  18. MillerParkSouth
It's interesting that they're taking so long to announce it. Maybe they want to make sure the potential targets come out of ST healthy?
  19. MillerParkSouth
I highly doubt we'll keep him in the minors for the next 4 years unless he shows absolutely nothing. I would bet Pina will stay up since he's out of options and the better of Bandy or Susac will split time with him.
  20. MillerParkSouth
I've been wondering about that too. From everything I remember reading at the time it seemed like it was going to be an actual player, so I'm surprised we haven't heard anything yet.
  21. MillerParkSouth
I really wish they would stop tinkering with the game. Is eliminating the 4 pitch IBB really going to speed things up? Keep the DH AL only too while we're at it!
  22. MillerParkSouth
Fwiw Haudricourt doesn't think there's anything to this and doesn't see us making another major league signing before ST.
  23. MillerParkSouth
Yeah I've seen doubts as to whether Wieters can even catch full time anymore. Just let Susac/Bandy/Piña battle it out.
  24. MillerParkSouth
Should have known Boras would be in Mark's ear about him
  25. MillerParkSouth
I wonder if the Twins will end up regretting not taking the offer of De Leon straight up.
