    Man, I really thought this kid was going to be special when he was with the T-Rats. Bummer.

    The Reds seem to be bringing up an all star from the minors weekly. I'll make a prediction now that the Reds win the division by a game. We'll be left wishing we had sold on Burnes, but didn't pull the trigger because we had visions of making the playoffs, even though we'd probably be knocked out after the first round. We simply can't hang with the big dogs, even with a healthy Woodruff. *sigh*

    Seriously, who is going to want Adames? I truly mean that, he's a train wreck at the plate. I think we are stuck with him...

    This saddens me. 82brewcrew82 is right, all you can do is laugh at this point.

    Does anyone still believe that Adames is going to be in line for a HUGE payday when he becomes a free agent? I don't think we get much in a trade for him at this point. I actually don't even want to resign him, even at a discount. I think he has played himself out of Milwaukee, and I'm not talking because we will have to trade him due to not being able to afford him. He is just all kinds of suckiness right now and for the most part of last season too.

    For what possible reason was Williams not up in the bullpen? There is no reason why he couldn't have come in for the 3rd out there. It worked out, but CC managing like a robot is irritating.

    2 things: 1. I've seen enough of Singleton. Next! 2. If Anderson is having such a hard time with the sun in RF, why do his sunglasses remain on his hat instead of on his eyes?

    Also, the seller wasn't a member of this site previously, seems he only joined to sell his shirts. I just don't think this is the best look for this group.

    Watched a few more movies from the dvd collection the past couple of weeks. Still weeding them out. Nothing added to the DUMP pile. American Graffiti - Always liked this movie and don't think a movie Like Dazed and Confused (One of my top 3 favs of all time) would have been made without it! More American Graffiti - A decent follow up to the original. Not much more to add. American History X - Disturbing... On the fence with keeping or dumping this one. Appaloosa - I'm a sucker for the modern Western. Good story line, just a good movie if you like westerns. Armageddon - I'll be honest, haven't seen this movie in over a decade. I thought it would be a goner before watching it, but had to give it one more chance. LOVED it! Liv Tyler annoys me, always has, but I got over it. Does it have a cheesy factor, yup, but loved it anyway!

    You simply can't compare what Matt Bush has done with Anthony Bass. One actually committed a crime that was punishable with a prison sentence, the other has an opinion on something that some don't agree with. BTW, the Bass situation IS political. In today's world, if someone says something that others don't agree with, it automatically becomes political based on the ridiculous need to make EVERYTHING Political.

    The entire Erceg situation is puzzling to say the least. This is a guy we could definitely use and to give him away for nothing was just plain stupid.

    That one performance alone already makes that trade a huge loss for us. If Olson never throws another pitch, we still lose that trade. That was just a bad bad deal.

    I just have to ask...How long have you been a Brewers fan? No lifetime Brewers fan EVER writes off the Cardinals until they are mathematically eliminated from winning the division. Even then, since it's the Cardinals, they could still find a way... 🤢 You are making a huge mistake here man, HUGE!

    Probably because in his previous at bat, Adames absolutely CRUSHED a HR that I don't think has landed still! The at bat before that one, he hit a smashed double down the 3B line. Willy was feeling it, they knew it, so they took the easy way out and walked him.

    Wasn't Urias's injury a head first slide into 1B? Stupid almost no matter what...

    Why would you take those games out? They are part of the statistical totals, they are what they are. Paint it any way you want, we suck in every aspect of the game right now. You can maneuver and change any stats you want, it simply can't be denied.

    There were a lot of people that thought we should do what it takes to get him a year or two ago. He's been a train wreck!

    Freddy needs to man up in this one. The time is now Freddy! I have him on a fantasy team, and will bench him only because whenever I have done so with Burnes and Miley, they have great games. Freddy is benched, once again, taking one for the team.
