    I think there are a dozen or so stadiums in WISCONSIN that are bigger than the Northwestern temporary home field. it will be interesting when the Badgers play there later this year.

God, I can't keep giving you these free lessons so quit screwin' around and help me up.

    I am pleasantly surprised at how Ashby is performing. When they had signed him to a long-term, somewhat lucrative deal, I thought they were signing somebody that was unproven. He wasn't anything spectacular. Then... he is injury prone. I am excited that his hard work is not only paying off for him personally -- he is back on the bump and contributing. I'm also excited for the Brewers that they have stuck with him and he has paid off so far this year. If he can pitch the rest of this year the way he has in his few appearances lately, look out!

    If I remember correctly, Burnes didn't have Contreras catch any of his games. Perhaps the comfort level was an issue with that, too.

    It doesn't help when strike 1 and strike 2 are very hittable pitches... and he watches them go by.

    Mrs. Samurai threw her hat. That is why I love her!!!! ❤️ Me... I just shook my head and was trying to think what Murphy was thinking. There is the balance of telling your star closer what his limits are, and having Williams experience his limits kinetically. Maybe next time, Williams will be a little more forthcoming. On the other hand, Murphy can use this as a learning experience for both of them -- "Dude... you walked the bases loaded again. You don't have it. Let's get our other closer out there since we have another damn good one."
