    CJ Wilson was also on my fantasy team since I needed a closer. He is on the DL, has 24 saves and a 6.02 ERA. That probably explains why I fell from 2nd to 6th in my 13-team league... Heck... I could be a type A free agent if CJ Wilson can be.

    I haven't been scanning the telecasts for Mark, but haven't seen him. Has he been around, lately? I wonder how he is taking the demise of his team.

    Tonight, I said to my wife after giving up the double: "I wonder what is going through his mind." Think about it: he was one of the most dominant closers ever. He gets injured, then just sucks. In his defense, it has to be tough. I really wanted him to turn it around, but I can't see him being on the team anymore. Do you put him on the post-season roster (if they even make it to the post-season)?

    Cedar Grove - Belgium Rockets Orange and Black The helmet is lame, so I won't post it. I can't think of any famous alumni. One guy played basketball at Northwestern. My brother wrestled at Nebraska with Rulan Gartner. That's about it.

    Five or six years ago, Sheets was walking around with a buddy of mine who was hosting an autograph signing. Even then Sheets expressed an interest in going to Houston to play. IMHO, he's going to Houston. Book it.

    My parents' 40 acres near Florence, WI. Besides that... Disney World -- it was even better when we took the kiddies. It was a lot of fun! Ft. Myers Beach -- swimmin' with the dolphins last time we were on the beach. It helps having relatives near there! Sometimes it gets really crowded, though. Royal Gorge in Colorado -- Mrs. Samurai and I went there before we had kiddies. The rafting was great. On a side note: when we went to Colorado, we had front row tickets down the right field line for a Rockies game in Mile High. Well, the strike occurred three days before the game. Jerks! ;-)

    My two cents -- probably things that were already discussed: In regards to Ned sitting on the chair during the altercation -- what was he supposed to do? Was he supposed to peel off Maddux, Braun, Durham, etc. to get in Fielder's face? He saw it was being handled, so he went back to managing the game. Hardy: I was happy to see him getting vocal. Braun: Well done. Ray Durham: I liked the leadership in getting in Prince's face and telling him to calm down. Dave Bush: Somebody mentioned he got squished. Absolutely correct!!!!! Gabe Kapler looked like he was poised to use his 24-inch pythons if necessary http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif After he got shoved, Parra did exactly what he needed to do -- sit still and do nothing. This stuff about "Prince being Prince" is just crap. I'm sorry, but there is no place for this in the dugout. IMHO, it shouldn't happen in the clubhouse, but if it is going to happen, try to keep it behind closed doors. Have enough self-control to do that.

    Hi everybody! I am wondering if anybody would have any suggestions for a hosted mailing list / newsletter provider. I'm looking for two types of lists: the traditional "listserv" type of list, and also another list where I could send newsletters and announcements. People would subscribe to both types of lists. I would prefer that it would be a free service, but that isn't necessary. Thanks for your help!
