I want Chacin, Moose and Grandal moves for sure. And it’d be great if we could find someone on Thames and/or possibly Davies. Please STOP...they are NOT going to sell..ZERO chance of that happening, UNLESS they are say 7-8 games back by the deadline(which isn't going to happen). You don't tell the fans you're selling after what you did in the offseason to compete this year.

See, now this is another place Counsell baffles me..RH Pitcher in, why aren't you PH'ng Thames for Aguilar?? Especially this late in the game. It's not the first time he has done this with Aguilar either.

Pretty much the definition of a middling team that's in an extended rut - they don't do anything extremely well with any consistency, so they can't count on anything working for them every game. That's a frustrating place to be as a team. They were fine in April and May though, and then just like that, everything went to hell. It's unusual, usually you see it happen to one or the other...either the Pitching goes, or the hitting goes, not usually both at the same time. I mean what changed once June came?? They were 10 games over...everything wasn't perfect, but they were working enough to get them 10 games over.

No, Saladino has not been good, that is blatantly obvious to everyone. That being said, it's not like Arcia has been any good either. Whether it's Saladino, or Arcia, I have ZERO confidence in the SS position offensively. Whenever one of them comes up, I know it's an automatic out. You'd be better off having Woodruff hit for either one of them.

I'm beginning to think the Brewers philosophy should be to spend big in FA on two TOR arms, and fill in the offense the best you can on cheap options. They will never grow stud pitchers in the farm, and the only way they will ever get top Pitchers is to buy them. Then sign cheap veteran bats where needed, and go with it. You've got Hiura cheap for a number of years, Yelich is here for a couple more, Shaw, Aguilar..you're almost half way there already.

I could see them making up some injury for Burnes..Corbin Burnes has been placed on the 10 day IL with a case of the sucks.

It could definitely happen, we are on a pretty long slide here, you will see it brought up again if they don't turn this around. NOT going to happen..You think Mark A/Stearns want to try to explain to fans why they are selling?? They didn't sign Grandal/Moose in the off season to sell. MAYBE MAYBE if they are like 5-6 games back going into that last week..they might sell a minor piece or two, but more likely I'd bet they just play out the stretch with what they have.

What's the answer though? Just give games away like this? Ok. Sell. Stop with the sell BS...that is NOT going to happen. It just isn't. I don't want to see that brought up again. Mark A will never go for that and the fans would revolt. Period. End of story.

Like no one saw that coming with Burnes in the game...well obviously CC didn't. Just purely idiotic to put him in in this situation. He needs to be gone(CC and Burnes).

Not sure why CC pulled Chacin...he had at least one more inning in him. Wasn't like he was getting shelled. He does that way too often. With this bullpen, it's playing with fire..and he has been burns(ed) plenty.
