I receive daily emails from MLB and today’s had an article about each team’s most untouchable player. I was trying to think who I’d list for the Brewers. A few years ago it would have been easy: Yelich. But with his struggles and our strong starting pitching I was thinking that it could be one of our big three. It could even be Adames as this point, but since great pitching is so hard to come by I’d think it would be down to Woodruff, Burnes, and Peralta. It’s almost impossible to pick one but I’d lean towards Peralta due to his age and I believe his contract is most favorable among the three. So, I opened up the article to see who was listed for the Brewers to see if they agreed with me. They had Yelich listed, which I disagree with completely (unless they mean untouchable because no one would take his contract, but they didn’t say that). My guess is that the writer still views Yelich more like his former self.
