Honestly the Brewers are smart to play him against RHP as much as they have lately if they want to keep him next year. They are bringing down his arbitration numbers. Another week of at bats and his average should be below .300. If they are looking to trade him this off-season then this is a disaster of a game plan. :)

Just seeing this. There was no opinion attached to the stat provided. It's just information. You said "hitting doesn't make sense for Perkins anymore". I was simply showing over his entire season of struggle - he has been his best most recently. You responding with the condescension was wonderful though. Cheers to you.

Sal should be the 4th outfielder starting tomorrow. I say that respectfully and as someone who loves Sal as a Brewer. I'm sure Lara will have his rookie moments just like Pratt has had and he can get days off whenever needed AND I know this is an overreaction... but this kid is an asset.

dang, this is brutal.

Miz did the dang thing. Different ways that aces need to be aces for a team and on the back side of a huge stretch with no games off and on the front side of a double header.. we really needed him to eat up some innings for us and he did it. As long as Gasser doesn't trip out of the blocks, we're going to come through the day in good shape. I would bet a nickel Lara is going to be in there for game two and I'm excited for it.
