    Baseball is an individual sport not much team about it. The team can't help a batter hit and a team can't help a pitcher pitch either. Baseball is jut not a team sport like basketball, football, hockey or soccer. Baseball has more in common with singles tennis than it does with other team sports. When a player is playing for themselves in baseball that is a duh statement to me and rather pointless.

    I believe Ray's ceiling is that of Jackie Bradley Jr. and I was never really all that high on him when he was drafted. Definitely not who I would have drafted but it is what it is.

    Think Sheets would be pretty amazing in the broadcast booth. Agreed I have been saying that for awhile also. Not sure he would be interested though as he is heavily involved in his kids and them playing baseball. I thought Lewis would be gone by now so any of Lewis, Groome, Puk, or Rutherford and I will be fine with the pick.

    If Peralta is sent down he should go to AA to work on his command. Sending him to AAA would be a bad idea.

    My top 3 are Groome Perez and Rutherford. The gap between Perez and Rutherford is rather large.

    I don't see Lucroy being traded until the off season. I just don't see a team that will give up the prospects needed for a Lucroy trade. Maybe the Red Sox get desperate but other than that I just don't see a trade forming.

    The drivers basically have to stay on the track if they can still drive due to contractual stipulations with the sponsors of the race car.

    If the Brewers were taking on Sandoval in a trade just for Braun I would expect Devers and Espinoza along with Swihart and if Lucroy is in the deal Moncada and Sam Travis have to be in the deal plus others otherwise this is a no deal. The Brewers would be giving up way too much talent to be taking on Sandoval's dead weight.

    The Tigers are paying $30m to the Rangers for Fielder from 16-20 so it should only be $90m unless I did my math wrong which is very possible.

    I think the price for Nelson would be rather high if on the trade market. There are very little in terms of free agents next year also. Teheran is the next biggest pitcher who maybe available but the Braves are also going to want a lot for him. If the Brewers were to trade Nelson I believe they could seriously ask for at least 1 of a teams top 5 prospects possibly even 2. I still believe the Red Sox make sense here you could even put a super package together and have a Lucroy and Nelson deal for something like Devers, Espinoza, Swihart, Ball, and Ockimey. Probably dreaming on this but that is a fairly good haul for the Brewers.

    I just don't see a fit. The Royals have Dozier in AAA who is starting to play rather well this year compared to last year. All the Royals have to do is wait another 3-4 weeks and they have their 3B for the rest of the year. Hill makes zero sense for them unless the Brewers picked up nearly all of Hill's remaining salary and only picked up international signing bonus money from the Royals. I don't see the Royals giving up any type of significant player for Hill when they have Dozier who will more than likely put up the same numbers as Hill and it won't cost them anything.

    I think the Bucks have specifically stated that they want an NBDL affiliate as close as possible within 90 min of Milwaukee.
