  2. Oh I do but he had a bad team that basically was worse than what Macha had 10 times worse. The starting rotation was basically just Sheets in 2002 for Royster. The Brewers only had Sexson that year as Jenkins was injured for the majority of the year. Still even with Jenkins in the lineup that was still a bad team. Macha had a really good offense in 2009 and in 2010. Macha was just a horrible manager on an average team while Royster was a bad manager on a bad team.
  3. And for whatever reason he hated Mat Gamel. Gamel has a good game next day you are benched because of reasons by Ken Macha. Macha was the worst manager the Brewers have ever had and it is not even close. I would take Yost or Garner over Macha any day.
  4. This is freaking awesome!
  5. Easiest way to lock your computer would be to set your PC to go to the lock screen when the screen saver comes on. To do this do the following assuming the Laptop is on Windows 10: Personalization-->Lock Screen -->Screen Saver Settings and then select On resume, display logon screen then set the timer for idle time. This will then prompt anyone to go to the logon screen to be able to use the PC. To track the device if you have Windows 10 do the following: Settings --> Update & Security --> Find my Device --> Click on the Change button --> The save my device's location periodically should now be set to ON. To find the device: When you need to find your Windows 10 device, open a web browser on any computer and log in to account.microsoft.com/devices. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that you are using on the Windows 10 device that you want to find. Then, locate your Windows 10 device in the list of devices that are registered with your Microsoft account. Click the "Find my device" link for your Windows 10 device.
  6. It is not impossible to have a good year in BC but here are three players and what they did in BC. In 2008 Lucroy hit .292/.364/.479/.843, Cain hit .287/.358/.448/.806, and in 2006 Braun hit .274/.346/.438/.784. Not bad but at A+ you are looking for a little bit more especially with top prospects but BC does sap the power of RH batters just look at Braun's 2006 numbers for proof as that was the lowest OPS Braun put up in all of his years in the minors.
  7. Gennett to the Braves for Mike Soroka or Luke Dykstra. I think that is a fair price for Gennett. Soroka is a #3 at best starter probably more along the lines of a back end starter. Soroka doesn't walk many and he has been striking out batters at a decent rate. Soroka kind of reminds me of Fiers and Gallardo. Soroka knows how to pitch and he can get guys out that way and he is very accurate with his pitches. Dykstra is a wildcard he can hit which is his only tool offensively. Not much power in his bat though he will hit for a lot of doubles think Overbay at 2B. He does have an advanced understanding of the game and won't make outs on the bases but he won't steal many bases either. Defensively Dykstra is above average at 2B if he was more athletic he would be an excellent 2B but then again he would be playing SS if that were the case. His arm is about average for a 2B and would be below average at SS or 3B.
  8. Going to have to agree here. Other than Escobar the only other SS that I have seen play who is better than them all is Andrelton Simmons. The only other player who came close in the 90's that I got to see was Omar Vizquel. I think both Simmons and Escobar defensively are better than Vizquel was in terms of making wow plays.
  9. When was the last time a significant prospect for the Brewers made their MLB debut in Milwaukee. I am having a difficult time thinking of who was the last. I want to say Prince but maybe Cain made his debut in Milwaukee. Braun made his MLB debut in San Diego.
  10. Hopefully you didn't buy these as investments coins can be harder to sell and usually don't fetch as much as bars. Plus you can cut up bars and sell them off easier than a full coin.
  11. I love Susac he is a good catcher not great but good and I have wanted to trade for him previously. I am happy the Brewers got him.
  12. Sickels on Susac in 2014 1) Andrew Susac, C, Grade B+: What he did in the majors is exactly what he should be expected to do: hit .260-.270 with solid power, good defense. Would be ready to start for most teams but Buster Posey gets in the way here. Age 24
  13. Beltran to DH with Gallo going to the Brewers?
  14. The Brewers have 11 games left against the Pirates this season and the Brewers have a chance to get to 100 wins in 8 years against the Pirates. The Brewers would need to win the next 8 assuming they win this game against the Pirates. Possible? I think so since 8 of the 11 are in Milwaukee and the Brewers have a record of 54-16 in that 8 year span at home against the Pirates.
  15. The Braves are moving into a new stadium next year. The Braves are going to be going on a spending spree similar to what the Dbacks and Padres have done. Don't be surprised if this isn't the last deal the Braves do before the end of this season.
  16. Well the Phillies are asking for a player in a teams top 5 prospects for Hellickson so Stearns asking price for Jeffress is just about in line with the market rate.
  17. Braun to the Dodgers would require someone like Puig in return. Puig to a 3rd team makes sense here either as part of the trade or as a separate trade.
  18. [sarcasm]But the teams trading for Jeffress won't care about that since they are only going to care about now!!!![/sarcasm]
  19. Jeff Passan has confirmed this report. Sale took a scissors to all of the uniforms. This is awesome if it is true.
  20. The Red Sox offer by far has the best talent but is missing pitching. I would take the Red Sox offer though I think the Brewers are getting a 1B in Ockimey and an 1B/OF in Devers but you are getting 25+ HR power in both of the players with Devers possibly growing into a 30+ HR type of a player.
  21. Rankings are all opinion based. For example I have Bonds #1 and Ruth #2. There are plenty of people who believe Bonds isn't a top 100 player and others who put him in their top 100 or wherever. I like Ichiro and have him in my top 50 just on his baseball skills alone. I also have Clemente in my top 50 of all time for the same reason.
  22. Any kind of PCIX Card. But check your power supply and the cards recommended wattage. I suggest any of the 600 or 700 Nvidia cards. Anything more than what is here would cause a bottleneck. http://m.newegg.com/ProductList?canPowerSearch=True&powerSearchParams=%7B%22CategoryId%22%3A38%2C%22StoreId%22%3A1%2C%22SubcategoryId%22%3A48%7D&isFirstin=false&description=YdkjcamblBCokl7WloNqkxbxKEXCayCmn02jJagM4s4%253d&storeid=1&categoryid=-1&nodeid=7709&storetype=2&subcategoryid=48&brandid=-1&nvalue=100007709&showseealldeals=False&itemcount=0&issubcategory=true&level=3&Interface%7C%7CPCI%20Express%202.0%20x16=%7C%7C0%3A600007855%7C%7CPower&Interface%7C%7CPCI%20Express%202.1%20x16=%7C%7C0%3A600007856%7C%7CPower&sortField=RATING
  23. It's mostly for next year and beyond. Don't be surprised if the Braves pick up multiple players. Jay Bruce and Sonny Gray are also possibilities for the Braves.
  24. Definitely a top 50 player. Where in the top 50 I am not sure but he is a sure top 50 player in MLB history.
  25. I will take the chance of the out and take the extra base hits.
