  1. The Indians fan who posts here will certainly be coming in to say there's no chance of this happening.
  2. I really like Tommy Pham too. Just feels like he's hurt/injured often though.
  3. That article also points out that Juan Soto is a free agent after next season, so if the Padres do become sellers, although very unlikely, maybe they move him at the deadline. He would look amazing in our lineup every day!
  4. I didn't bet my house, but I bet $300.
  5. For any of you bettors out there, the over/under on Burnes' strikeouts today is 6.5, which seems awfully low for how well he's pitched lately, especially his last start. Great article on here by Jake McKibbin going into detail his improvements lately.
  6. What do you mean by tacked balls being thrown in the dumpster? Pardon my ignorance but I Have no idea what that means.
  7. Out of those two, I personally prefer Perkins. To the naked eye he seems to be the better defender of the two.
  8. He might be. I know it isn't Chourio. Chourio's been overrated for a while now.
  9. what is the difference between war and fwar?
  10. Idk, that's a little extreme. Urias sucks and has really never passed the eye test to me.
  11. Just curious, where can you find the stuff+ and location+ numbers for pitchers? I frequent the baseball savant website often but don't recall those numbers ever being on that site.
  12. Small sample size. Using the eye test, I thought he showed decent plate discipline, and eventually the power would have showed itself also. With how Tellez has bene playing, I don't think many players could be 'much much worse' than how he's been doing.
  13. I thought Singleton looked okay, all things considered. I don't think he looks any worse than Tellez in any facet of the game.
  14. very late to this thread, but I think the Twins had something on Devin's changeup. Not long before this game, they had something on Gausman's splitter. Their scouting team must really do their due diligence on getting tips from the elite pitches of pitchers.
  15. When I was sports betting at Potawatomi the other day, they had the Brewers at +100 to win the divison; that seems like a good bet to make right? Might pull the trigger on that.
  16. Regarding the tweet about the 100+ mph pitches by Brewers over the last X amount of years, I wonder who had the other 14 such pitches? Hader maybe?
  17. that's all legitimately great to see, but how the hell is his arm strength rated 48? How does half the league have a weaker arm than Yelich? Lol
  18. On a seperate note, Weimer might be the worst interview this team has had since Mat Gamel.
  19. Weeks was into broadcasting when his career was over? For who? I wouldn't have guessed that. I remember him having kind of a stutter during his playing days when he'd be interviewed or what-not.
  20. I forgot about Matt Bush's existence.
  21. what kind of 'stuff' does Erceg have? genuinely asking. is he a mid-90s fastball type?
