I'd totally pull the pinch hit card here. Give me Nottingham against Garrett. Narvaez will probably pull a little tapper to first. -
Call-ups of Rasmussen, Taylor, and Nottingham have been better than all of them. Perhaps a lesson there to build a minor league system since that was maxxing out the quantity and quality of what could be generated without casting the net outside.

Peterson in right. Not sure what advantage he has over McKinney in the outfield (better bat) or Sogard at third (better defense). This is where Peterson hits two homers.

Dominant again. Just come to expect Williams will completely shut things down. A Badger Mutual Insurance Run or two would be nice here. I don't have near the same faith in Hader.

source? if he was sent to the alternate training site in grand chute, then he would be added back to the club player pool. Seems they were designated to AAA rather than the Alternate Site. Part of the 60 man rules? Removed from the team's roster as part of the DFA, so can't be re-added to the pool? Would be weird if they kept them in the organization and had the option of putting them back into workouts but chose to kick them out of the alternate site. Todd Rosiak @Todd_Rosiak Trey Supak remains in the Brewers organization, as it's announced he and Ronny Rodriguez have been outrighted to Class AAA San Antonio.

Consistently a huge delay between Narvaez setting up and Woodruff throwing considering there's a runner on second that could signal location. Woodruff hitting it everytime also suggests none of the deception that Pina often uses.

Lauer has resurfaced. Presumably in the roll of guy who eats innings if we get behind by 3+ runs. LHP Eric Lauer recalled from the Alternate Training Site (29th man for doubleheader). RHP Josh Lindblom placed on the bereavement list. RHP Justin Topa recalled from the Alternate Training Site.

It's "uncanny" whenever our offense doesn't look terrible, but he's delusional if he doesn't know that Flaherty pitched like garbage.

Agree. I feared they would do this. The playoffs are already something of a crapshoot, but at least the teams that got there stood out over 162 games. If they continue to let everyone in, it further reduces both the weight of the regular season and interest of the playoffs for me.
