    Uggla, strikes again. Is that an AS Game record? I'll bet Bud has been nervous for a good hour at least. If he's even awake. I know I haven't heard Bob Shepperd (Yankee PA guy) in quite a while. He probably went home to bed.

    Dan Uggla is quickly turning his father's dream of seeing him play in the All-Star game into a nightmare. Fun game to watch. Seeing as I really haven't watched an all-star game from beginning to end since the early 90s, this is one heck of a game.

    I may be wrong, but AJAY may be only 27 years old. in '81 Simmons had a hit and an RBI. that's all I could find "significant"

    well, that was a cruddy at-bat by Corey. He missed a nice fastball, which was gone if he made contact.

    if this goes to extras. . . . I'll bet anybody $100 that MLB does not allow the All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium end in a tie game.

    I just bought my Madden 08 for $10 today at Best Buy. Since, it's the last one being made for PC, and there are several modders making a Madden 09 mod, it's a steal.

    Our 7-year old dishwasher has recently started having some problems. We've woke up a few mornings to discover a small lake on our kitchen floor. We pulled the unit out of the wall and found the copper water pipe a hair loose. So, we tightened it up. Still leaked. Found a hose that was loose. Still leaked, water oozing out the bottom. I'm thinking it's the pump that is going, as the traps appear to be fairly clean and I'm not finding any cracks in hoses. Any suggestions? I've read some "do-it-yourself repair" sites and found that the life of a dishwater water pump is about 5 years. I don't know if that's accurate or not. I read that some people just buy a cheap dishwasher and then replace it every 5 years or so. In addition, if we have a dishwasher delivered (from Sears or someplace--our options are very limited), do they take the old one away or is that your responsibility? I have no idea as this is our first appliance to, apparently, be biting the dust. Thanks for any help!

    I personally can't stand Jim Nantz either, but at least they got one of those guys out of the booth (although, they usually sit courtside). Gus Johnson for #1 PBP guy, baby!

    well, for those that wondered what it would be like if Branyan was in the Home Run Derby, you now know the answer. That was fun to watch. Brought a tear to my eye.

    Did anybody just catch David Ortiz "sneak a peak" while being interviewed by Erin Andrews? She turned away and he took a glance. Hilarious!
