Has Mark A ever aggressively dismantled a team? We always have the perception of being competitive and usually are.
  2. Frisbee Slider
Brock Wilken 1.200 OPS in May for Biloxi. 🤷‍♂️
  3. Frisbee Slider
Glad we didn’t allow a grand slam there. That would really have reduced our championship probability.

Freddy has been good or great every start this year? I feel like Chourio should have caught that bases clearing fly ball last start against Cleveland.

There might have been a hypothesis that between Capra, Dunn and Durbin that someone would be replacement level or a little better. Instead, each have been meaningfully below replacement level in their limited action.
  6. Frisbee Slider
This seems like an often overlooked point. I also don’t think Devin Williams would be as terrible in the regular season in Milwaukee this year compared to New York.

Is it that they simply didn’t trade for enough needle movers? They didn’t go big enough? Blue because I’m skeptical about all in going for it campaigns.

    Brock Wilken, Double A 💪
  9. Frisbee Slider
Could Brock Wilken be Milwaukee’s 3B this season? A cup of coffee and see if he sticks?

If we end up needing to play musical chairs with our rotation, I assume we let the veterans pitch and tuck the younger players back in Nashville until 2026 or after the trade deadline. Quintana, Woodruff and Civale all deserve rotation spots. If Civale pitches well enough, does he get us a lottery ticket at the deadline? Hall should get a chance to start. Ashby can probably try starting again, too. Gasser we can be patient with until 2026. Cortes and Connor Thomas we probably don’t need to worry much about. Thomas presumably gets another shot, though?

I am bothered by the Cardinals success.
  12. Frisbee Slider
Absolutely! There is nothing left to prove in Nashville. That doesn’t mean he’s a finished product but goodness. 1.46 ERA 0.89 WHIP Peralta, Henderson, Patrick, Myers, Misiorowski and Priester (until more arms get healthy)
  13. Frisbee Slider
Is this all the evidence we needed to confirm he should not have been on our roster?
  14. Frisbee Slider
Is there anything left for Misiorowski to accomplish in AAA? 7 IP, 1 ER, 5 K, 1 BB on 86 pitches today 1.46 ERA this year with 0.89 WHIP Peralta, Henderson, Patrick, Myers, Misiorowski (Priester until someone gets healthy) Woodruff return is delayed. Quintana injured. Civale 🤷‍♂️ Not sure if Hall or Ashby are long term starters.

How are we three games back in the division? 🙂

Nice to see Rasmussen healthy this year. Brewers got more WAR in the Adames trade. Feyereisen had 2 WAR in 61 IP for TB but had been below replacement level since.

We have multiple promising third baseman in the minors. In one sense, we shouldn’t want more than a stop gap at 3B to not block Boeve or Wilken, right?
  18. Frisbee Slider
Supporting the poor and disenfranchised, makes sense 🙂
  19. Frisbee Slider
Not sure if I remember any preabitration player forcing themselves out via trade. Seems like a bad faith collective bargaining action to me.
  20. Frisbee Slider
, I understand the value of strikeouts compared to putting the ball in play for an inning ending double play
  21. Frisbee Slider
Do strikeouts matter? Sometime I get confused on what we are supposed to believe 🙂
  22. Frisbee Slider
I remember when legacy Brewerfan.net first was mentioned by ESPN News. That was a fun day 🙂
  23. Frisbee Slider
Rockies on pace for fewer than 30 wins this season. That is meaningfully worse than White Sox last year.
  24. Frisbee Slider
Cubs scored twice in the ninth to send to extras. Both teams fail to score in 10th.
  25. Frisbee Slider
I haven’t followed the Pirates closely. They seem disappointing even by Pirate standards.
