Umps like Hernandez, CB Buckner, etc, constantly made calls that were/are SO obviously horrible, it was basically impossible not to think they were trying to fix games. Because of them, and I hate to say it, this type of technology is almost a must now.

No. Have you seen anything that indicates he has? Look, it's only my opinion. If it looks like he learned from his mistake, then my opinion of will change. But only then though.

I'd be willing to bet that everyone here has been judged from other people's first impressions of us. Sometimes they're right, and sometimes they're wrong. Like I said, with Abner, time will tell. We could use his power arm in the pen, so, hopefully my opinion of him is wrong.

To me it does. Like I've always said, though, that's only my opinion of him. The Brewers certainly weren't happy about it either, since was optioned back to AAA almost immediately after that game. For all we know, maybe there was more going on behind the scenes, with him, that we didn't hear about?

Time will tell. At the very least, it proves he's incredibly immature.

Just an opinion, just like everyone else's comments on here. Including yours. I watched that game though, and he had absolutely no reason to react the way he did. Hence, why he was promptly optioned to AAA.

The problem with Uribe, is he's an immature head case. I'm sure that's why he hasn't been back after his blowup.

I don't think it's smart to put much stock into what Dunn, Durbin, and Capra have done in ST yet, because it's just that. Only spring training. A large % of the pitchers they're facing, are either low level minor league pitchers, or experienced minor league pitchers who may have seen time in the show, but sucked. Now, if they hit like that against their opponents Major league top notch veteran SP's/relievers, then their performance may make me feel much better about them doing it in the Show.

Putting him on the 40 man wouldn't be difficult to do. How he's played so far, I'm sure he's better than a player that's already on it. Imo, he's definitely earned a spot to be on the 40 man.

It would absolutely suck if Yoho doesn't make the OD roster in the pen. He's earned the chance.

Any who, the one good thing about this move, is it will probably put Ashby in the pen where he belongs.

I think the main reason there's so many conflicting reports on about Packers "trade rumors" is because they've always been very good at keeping any plans they have, behind closed doors, and making sure they don't leak out. All that leaves the media then, is pure speculation that usually ends up running wild.

Samuel was traded for a 5th rd pick. The Seahawks won't get anywhere near a 1st for Metcalf.
