  1. Feels like we're beat, let's see what the offense has left in the tank..
  2. Not much hope, they can run at will...
  3. Bears have us on our heels this half, not sure we can hang on without a TO or another big play on offense.
  4. Now they are gashing us with the run, that's why that last drive was so big, needed the 2 score lead late.
  5. At least we have them pinned back, seems like they have had pretty good field position all game.
  6. Yeah, feel like Nixon gets flagged there for sure.
  7. Would be nice if someone would actually miss a FG against us again, had hopes there.
  8. The one year extension looking like huge steal..yesss!!!
  9. That start to the half could not have gone worse, half expecting Love to throw pick six on next play. 😡
  10. So much for coasting to this win...
  11. I think Bears are known for late comebacks but feels like we have this game, this is where our pass rush should shine. Getting a score coming out of the half would be huge. I was ready to boot Melton to the curb weeks ago...
  12. Can't give these guys first downs when the are struggling on their own. Now he does it again.
  13. Winning low scoring game hasn't really been our thing this year, offense needs to get some points here.
  14. It's really annoying the go to commercial without giving us a look at the replays
  15. Reminds me of the Carolina game, everything going right but huge TO early.
  16. I agree part of this is just not wanting to finish the season with 2 undersized guys in Wooden and Brooks and 2 rookies, a 6th round pick and UDFA. But the other part is they have 2 of 3 key games against the Bears who love to run. At some point if they are gashing with the run game you want big immovable pluggers to stick in there and force them out of it. Sounds like it also the sequence, Riley was signed off the Giants practice squad so needs to be kept for 3 weeks and maybe they just like the Seattle guy better so had to claim him.
  17. Brian Branch likely lost for season with torn achilles, losing Craft, Wyatt, and Jenkins sucks but seems like we are about par right now with injuries. I agree on Packers upside, no one in NFC has a defender like Parsons and the Packers offense is solid. Not getting to division round will be a disappointment for Packers this year but once there hard to say who advances from this field. If Love is a Super Bowl caliber QB this is golden opportunity to get there.
  18. It looks colder on Sunday every day I check the forecast. I don't know who it favors, sometimes opponents are not ready for the field conditions and slip around but Bears were just here in January. I know the bears have great running game but we like to run too and usually get better late season. I am hoping Bears due for a comeuppance and we will rout them but cold weather can mean a low scoring game and those haven't been great for us. Hopefully Reed and Golden are back, I have seen more than enough of Melton.
  19. The bright side of the Bears win is it really put Detroit in a tough spot with 5 to go. They have a hot Dallas team coming in and then have to travel to the Rams. How many had them missing the playoffs at the beginning of the year or 6 weeks in for that matter?
  20. Rewatched the second half this morning and while at the time I was too apoplectic about not running to realize it but Watson should have had that last 3rd down grab. It was an easier chance than Wicks on 4th, sure it was contested but he has shown such great hands this year you have to squeeze that for the win.
  21. I hope the Eagles take the starch out of the Bears and their fans today. If Bears lose today I think 3-2 the rest of the way for Packers will win division. It would be a disappointment if we didn't do that.
  22. Yes, I don't mind putting it in the D's hands with 1:20 left and a 7 point lead and Detroit starting inside the 20 with no timeouts. Look at stats everything was crazy even except this one: We were sort of lucky on both 4th down TD's, any sort of bobble on either and it's Detroit's ball. I didn't hate going for it either situation, Campbell's decisions were more questionable, especially not taking the FG down 10 in the 4th.
  23. Yes after thinking about it, going for it was right call. Either way the defense has to stop them on 4th down or get a turnover when there is almost 2 minutes left. More chances of that if they start at 20 or inside but still you play to win with a 7 point lead. Should have run on 3rd and punted if failed though.
  24. What a game for Wicks. Can't believe they went for it but considering 2 minutes on the clock how confident were you to stop the Lions?
