I already had been dreading tomorrow's game before his latest gaffe. -
From what I've read in the past, there are two main versions of TOS. One is typically quite devastating and the other much less so. Hopefully in this case it's the latter but I still don't know what even that means.

To be honest when I saw a headline of Brewers trading Durbin to the Sox, I thought it was one of those completely made up trade headlines with no basis in reality.

I actually kind of laughed when I first read news of that signing. Wouldn't surprise me if he fails to hit .240 or 20 homers next year. -
Adames can't hit either but at least he's a homer threat.

Since Joey hit .230 this year putting him at .233 for his career, I'd say he didn't forget how to hit he just never could.

We would have been better off if he missed the playoffs again and we had to go with Danny Jansen.

Very true. Their four starters only got 73 starts I believe and probably the equivalent of 68-69 considering the buildup of Ohtani during the year. If they got anything close to 30 starts out of those four there is no way they don't win over 100.

Plus the pandemic was rearing it's head and everyone should have known that as things were already getting shut down. I thought that alone was a dumb reason to extend him when they did. And no, I'm not using hindsight either.

I'm guessing not too many teams have hit under .100 in a best of 7 so pretty high.

I actually kind of want them to win this year and next so all the owners hate them so much they are willing to blow up the current system completely no matter what it takes. Outside of that, I'd root for anyone else. Well maybe not the Yankees.

Yelich can have nice stretches where he's very good. But when he goes cold, it's ice age cold and makes him completely unwatchable.

Collins has been a bum since the birth of his child. Maybe the league finally figured him out, I don't know.
