  1. They need to give Chourio a few days off and send him to an optometrist while he has those days off.
  2. Well it's not me. It's every defensive statistic that says Adames is bad defensively.
  3. I never mentioned Ortiz. Just mentioned that Adames defense has been bad this year and was bad last year. We don't miss his defense. We miss how he hit last season.
  4. Adames has -6 DRS and -3 OAA this season lol. He's been one of the worst defensive SS in MLB
  5. Chourio has seen 8 pitches outside the strike zone and has swung at every single one of them. 100% chase rate tonight. Just absolutely horrible.
  6. Outside of Mitchell in CF and our catchers it honestly has been bad. Mitchell is at 5 FRV and 2 DRS. Our catchers are at 4 FRV and 1 DRS. So Mitchell and Catchers are at 9 FRV and 3 DRS. The rest of the roster is at -2 DRS and -7 FRV.
  7. It's gotten unwatchable today. If a player puts the ball in play you don't eve get to see where the contact point because the CF camera is so far behind that the pitch hasn't even gotten halfway to home by the time they pan to the camera behind home plate and even then the ball is already out of the infield or to the infielder when the camera switches. Probably pushed near 2 seconds now in the video desync. Just take me back to 2024 and the home plate camera. That was better than this crap.
  8. I really hope Biloxi can figure out how to work their broadcast. It's just so bad. The delay between the CF camera and the other cameras is only getting worse.
  9. Heyman posted a weird list within the last week or so and shortly deleted it but a lot of people suspect that it was a list of people who took PED and there were so many players. Geoff Jenkins was on the list. Like all the good players from the early 2000's Cubs were on the list.
  10. So I went back and watched the Ernesto CS situation. Seymour threw a pickoff attempt then Ernesto took off on the next pitch after that. It looked like maybe Ernesto was rubbing his thigh after the pickoff attempt and he did seem a bit slow getting back to his feet. Then he was caught stealing. It's tough to tell because we never got a clear shot of his face jogging back to the dugout but it did look like there was maybe a grimace as he jogged off the field and if I'm super hyper analyzing maybe the slightest of limps with his right leg? Certainly nothing that would make you think it's serious or long term but speculating I'd guess it's something with his right thigh.
  11. Also I know it's only a 40 PA hot streak, but the Brewers should select Daz Cameron's contract. DFA Monasterio (he's never been DFA'd so he can't select FA and I very much doubt he'd get claimed), option Collins and select Cameron. I'm sure it won't translate to the MLB but he's just on a ridiculous heater right now. Collins is giving nothing to the team. Perkins is still a few weeks at best away from getting back to the Brewers considering he's just starting baseball activities. There's really nothing to lose.
  12. Also another very notable thing about his start tonight was that he held his velo the whole 6 innings. Granted it was only 76 pitches, but still seeing him sit 97-99 in the 6th inning was very nice.
  13. That start by Misiorowski was one of the best of his pro career. I'd definitely have it for sure in the top 3. His walk rate is still too high on the season at 13.5% but through his first 24.2 innings he's showing a pretty big jump in control. His zone rate on the season is at 50.2% and even though the BB rate is still high, he hasn't hit a batter in 24.2 innings. Now for most pitchers that wouldn't be very notable but for Misiorowski who had 1.7 HBP/9 coming into this season, that's a huge development. It's potentially looking like he's taken a leap.
  14. Yeah there should be plenty of space. From A to AAA the Brewers have 125 players on active rosters or short term IL (this includes Ty Duvall on the Development List in AAA but not sure if he's still actually playing).
  15. Hey @Brock Beauchamp can you delete my submission. I made a mistake on my list.
  16. The video de-sync for Biloxi for the CF camera has now become an audio de-sync as well. The current broadcast is unwatchable with volume on in my opinion.
  17. @Brock Beauchamp You can remove Chris Levonas as he didn't sign.
  18. As awesome as he was yesterday, I still think this is the right call. He needs to work on his slider and cutter without needing to be concerned so much about results. Can't do that in MLB but you can in AAA.
  19. Henderson down (don't need him with Myers being back this week) and then who knows to clear the 40-man spot. My guess would be Cortes or Civale to the 60-day.
  20. The Orioles aren't going to trade Ramon Urias for slop...like come on man. That's not even remotely realistic.
  21. I was just looking at Fangraphs probables grid and it looks like we will be facing Shane Smith when we play the White Sox at the end of the road trip that starts tomorrow.
  22. So happy for Caden Vire to finally make his full season debut after so many injury issues the last few years. He looked nasty. Command might be a work in progress but he's mid 90's with an extremely lanky frame. There's still a lot of room to fill out there. This is a kid who it's not super difficult to imagine making it to an MLB bullpen in the next couple of years.
  23. 10 seconds is definitely better than 15. I wish they would have 10 second fast forward for more than just mobile devices. With the 10 second skip you can basically use it between every single pitch. 15 seconds is just a bit too long unless there’s a runner on base, a foul ball, a pitch in the dirt, or a really slow pitcher who uses the entire pitch clock.
  24. Henderson goes back to AAA when Myers returns next week. Patrick stays in the rotation. He probably stays in the rotation until he starts to struggle.
  25. I worry that Anderson isn't in their long term season plans based on the ridiculous usage he's had this season. He's been in the Brewers bullpen for 20 days and has thrown 12.1 innings. This usage is not sustainable. Brewers really need to get Payamps out of the pen and option Hudson to AAA so we don't have two guys that Murphy is going to actively avoid using going forward.
