Ugly inning. Unsure about the pitching management by Counsell at times. Once Suter reached six innings in a close game, the bullpen should have been warming. Probably should've been a quicker hook. Don't really get the move from Jeffress to Hader. Regardless of how it turned out, I don't quite get the rationale. It isn't like Jeffress can't get outs in those type of jams.

The benefit of Kapler’s move is that the Brewers have 4 innings against the Phillies bullpen to go. Eflin was looking very tough, but he was pulled. Game is certainly in reach, even down 3 runs. Should’ve been less than that.
