    TNT was blacked out for me the other day when I wanted to watch the Bucks/Lakers. Same thing happened to me but I was able to watch it by downloading the TNT app.

    The problem is money. Plus how do you know Yelich would agree to move to 1B? You'd be adding at least and estimated $14-16M. I guess until we know about the DH and Arnold actually admits to whay payroll is going to look like, it's all moot anyway. Why would we be reportedly talking to Semien and Turner if we have very little money to spend? What GM has ever publicly given a payroll number? Yelich has given no indication he is a selfish player that wouldn't move to an easier position that he has experience with to help the team.

    Sign Rosario for 2 years, 12 mil Sign La Stella for 2 years, 14 mil Sign Walker for 2 years, 16 mil Put deferrals and backload these contracts to make it work. Plan on not bringing back Garcia next season. I like this better than giving one guy a really big contract (Turner). The fact that we have had discussions with guys like Turner, indicates there is money available to spend.     I would prefer a guy like Rosario and Lastella over just one guy. Move Yelich to first, we just need guys that can hit.

    I want to be more philanthropic as I am in a more fortunate position than most. However, I want to give to people/organizations that deserve it and it would drive me nuts if money I gave went to causes I would not fully support.

    Update: My parents and girlfriend's dad both have appointments to get their vaccine in early February. I am happy now.

    Toronto should be good this season but these two contracts might be rough pretty soon. I have not seen many "Covid discounts" yet.

    From my anecdotal evidence, around half of people or so say they aren't going to get it.

    They had a lot of time to figure this out! If it were me, they should have had a signup that you could do where you put in your information (age, occupation, health concerns, etc) and then you would have the option to select different vaccine sites you would be willing/able to travel to. When there would be an opening ready, you get a notification and get your shot. I mean this is done at the place I get my haircut; obviously on a much smaller scale.

    I understand the frustration. My parents are 89 and I have called everyone. Nobody knows when they'll get it. I don't care what political party is at fault, just get it figured out. It is crazy that your parents at 89 do not have it yet with them trying.

    My parents (65+) called their primary care professional and they didn't know anything. I am really mad that this wasn't figured out earlier and there should be major questions being asked as to who dropped the ball.

    My sister lives and got married in Ripon so she had her rehearsal there. The pizza is above average for sure.
