    Holy cherry picking of at bats. Let me know his full season stats because they counted too. The only way that would have more credence is if those last 365 ABs were last season.

    I would love to see the stats of the season that he was an elite offensive performer at shortstop. Unless you are going to tell me elite doesn't mean top 3 and then I would question that heavily.

    I think you are overestimating his offense by using the word elite.

    You'd think Woody's injury would make them not want to risk that asset. I still expect Burnes to be moved before the season. Adames might not be as he isn't as much of a premium talent.

    Worst case, you give Love time and he can make most of the throws. I do think they need to utilize his legs a lot more though.

    I am selling my rental properties starting in early 2024. Is it better to have them rented out or vacant in terms of a potential buyer? I live in one of the rental sides currently but am moving to a new house at the end of the month. I am debating about finding a renter or just letting it sit.

    You have a lot more faith in Freddy staying healthy than I do. The history of small guys with high effort deliveries isn't great. An injured pitcher gets you nothing (Woodruff). Devin is awesome obviously but he will be getting expensive like Hader soon. You hold arbitrary value websites in much higher regard than I do. Mayo, Westburg, Chourio, Mitchell, Contreras, Black, etc would be an awesome core.

    You lose value every day of the season. Keeping them in a rebuild is a terrible strategy.
