  1. It’s kind of annoying that when we finally have a season where all the tiebreakers would be lining up our way (3-0 division record), we have an actual tie on our record, so the tiebreakers are moot.
  2. Well, my assumption based on him accepting the QO and not rolling the dice on free agency would be that he prefers to be here.
  3. Those of you who were dead set against acquiring George Pickens cheap this offseason… feel differently now?
  4. I guess the only point I really wanted to make is that the Brewers can afford to spent $130M-$140M on payroll for a season and it is not going to hurt them.
  5. Also, Mark A has been an awesome owner for the Brewers. Still is. Glad we have him, But I hope he doesn’t echo comments like this, because it would make him look quite out of touch. You’re a really rich dude and you spent about 40% of your revenue on payroll last year. The Brewers will be really good next year and still make you more money. You and your fellow investors can carry a $136M payroll for one season. It will be okay.
  6. Looks like I wasn’t too far off with the Tiger King “ I am never going to financially recover from this” meme when Woodruff accepted a QO.
  7. The punt play and 3rd down play are going to take probably 15 combined seconds, so I’d say about 1:05 when they get it back. Obviously can’t predict the field position but Whelan is very good and I’d guess pins it around the 10. I know people would have been nervous and I would have been among them but that would have been extremely high percentage for our defense. Have to go 90 yards, try to work the sidelines so we’re going to try to funnel everything to the middle and at worst it probably comes down to a Hail Mary attempt.
  8. It wouldn’t have been a bad idea, but if you’re going to go the sideline at all you better pick up the first. If it’s not there you just go down.
  9. My personal call would have been to run it on 3rd and 3, and if you convert it’s over, if you don’t you can take the delay and hopefully pin them inside their 10 with a minute or so left and no timeouts. But obviously happy it worked out.
  10. Again, Gary is garbage. Giving up the edge on 3rd and 6.
  11. Gary sucks. I have no idea where this defense would be without Parsons, who is being triple teamed.
  12. LOL @ the announcers gawking about how it wasn’t a TD when the first foot was clearly already down when he caught it.
  13. Just relax, Jameson. You’re nothing special.
  14. Lafleur just can’t help himself but to kill a drive early with a cutesy outside run to Bo Melton.
  15. So why exactly isn’t that grounding? Who is the intended receiver?
  16. Two absolutely brutal throws from Jordan back to back. Not the worst start, but that should have been a 7 point drive.
  17. Starting off with some amazing special teams as usual. An award returner would have let that ball bounce out of bounds and get it on the 40. Melton fields it, doesn’t get much of a return, and we get knocked back 10 yards on the flag. Of course.
  18. The hype on Sanders is hilarious. The opening day starter for the Browns in 2026 isn’t on their current roster. Does he deserve another start? Sure, Because the alternative is Dillon Gabriel.
  19. This should be talked about today. A replay assist overturn should only be used for a call that is so egregiously bad due to a bad angle or visual on the field that it can be reversed immediately. It should never, ever be wrong or even able to be perceived as wrong. I feel like sometimes it gets forgotten that no matter how much a ball is bobbled, moves around, etc … it’s still never actually incomplete until it hits the ground.
  20. https://www.profootballrumors.com/2025/11/giants-may-explore-trading-for-next-head-coach#ref=home If the Giants would give us a 2nd for MLF, or two 2nds, we should absolutely do it.
  21. Is it just me or was that replay assist wrong? I know the ball moved, but I never actually saw it touch the ground.
  22. I can’t LOL at our special teams enough. Even 60 yarders at Lambeau by the opposition feel like you may as well just put it on the board.
